HHI doesn't have a ton of "in your face" Disney theming but I agree with this anyway. I'm heading there next month and it's one of my favorite Disney resorts. HHI has some of the best CMs I've ever interacted with at at Disney hotel. Also the restaurants in the area are wonderful.Aulani, Hilton Head, Vero Beach, or Disney Cruise Line.
100% serious.
Yacht Club/Beach Club is a great resort area. One of the better pools on property, a beach, access to the BoardWalk with dining options, walkable to Skyliner station, EPCOT and Studios, and just a great place to hang out.Hi - my family have realized that while we love Disney, we're not really into the parks and are mostly interested in the experience of Disney. We're looking for a nice hotel with a pool and amenities. Recommendations?
They're not especially relaxing though. Their main benefit is their central location to the parks. The pool is a madhouse, I find it impossible to relax there. But I concur that yacht/beach/boardwalk are the best Enclave that still gives you thematic feel.
Agree, the resort itself and theme is OK. The pool is supposed to be the main draw, but way too many blind spots and dangers with kids. Case in point. Want to ride the big slide? You have to actually leave the pool area to get to the stairs to ride it, who thought that was a good idea? Want to go in the "lazy river" ? Sure, just make sure you understand it's depths are 5 to 8ft and churns the swimmer around, again not a great design for smaller kids. They're not especially relaxing though. Why? I can't think of a single reason for a person to prefer to visit Orlando, Florida that isn't related to theme parks.Pretty sure they meant in Orlando, genius…
I know you overpaid for your dvc…you don’t have to provide cover by suggesting every Non wdw placeWhy? I can't think of a single reason for a person to prefer to visit Orlando, Florida that isn't related to theme parks.
There are nice pools, warm weather, and pleasant experiences, including Disney experiences, in places that don't require you to pay a huge premium to stay in proximity to parks that you're not attending.
I don't know what you're on about, but you've said I "overpaid for my DVC" about 50 times now. I have 520 points for which I paid about $47,000.I know you overpaid for your dvc…you don’t have to provide cover by suggesting every Non wdw place
