when you copy things and it does not give you an option where to copy it to, If I remeber right it goes into your clip board. So how do you get to your clip board? I have windows xp thank you

Copy to Clip Board... [CRTL] C
Paste From Clip Board [CRTL] V

To copy a whole screen to Clip Board, press [CTRL]+[PrintScreen] at the same time

To paste this [CRTL] V

It copies to your clipboard until you decide where you want to paste it - all of which depends on what you copied and where you want to put it.

How do you find out what is on your clipboard?/get into your clipboard?

The clipboard is not something you can view - it's just a name given to a virtual area that stores whatever you have copied prior to its being pasted elsewhere.
