Traveling to WDW with my in-laws this April and I've been put in charge of planning. It will be a large group, with 3 young kids and 10 adults ranging from college-age to grandparent. :)

I've already booked a breakfast at Chef Mickey's, but we'd like to reserve one more meal (dinner I think). I'm leaning more towards a restaurant not in the parks (we're only spending 2 of our days at WDW, specifically MK and EPCOT) but I have considered Biergarten. I don't think the group is TOO picky. I know that my MIL and one of my SILs don't eat gluten (not an allergy though), but I think that's about it.

I've looked at Biergarten and Ohana (both of which I've been to), but I'm looking for more similar suggestions.

Thanks!

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
Hoop De Do would be a great option as well. The show is great for all ages and food is really good too. Great fun for large groups. Me and the hubby have been several times and love it. 'Ohana and Biergarten are great too. :)

Last time we were at 50s, we saw a very large party and they were having a blast. Everyone was taking turns breaking the rules and accepting the various punishments.

Edit- I believe they also make a good gluten free fried chicken.

Biergarten, Whispering Canyon, and 50s Primetime were my first thoughts as well. If the group wants passive entertainment, Biergarten may be the best bet, but if you think they would enjoy teasing and silliness, then Whispering Canyon or 50s may be more fun options.

Hoop dee doo or Whispering Canyon both are great. Worth checking into both of them in detail. Hoop dee doo is a great dinner show and highly recommended. Whispering canyon has some great interaction as well, ask for ketchup I'm sure the wait staff will gladly give your table some ;)

Ditto all the votes for Whispering Canyons. And I am sure the chef can accommodate those members of your family that want gluten-free. The menu contains a family size platter breakfast of everything - eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, Mickey waffles. And the individual order of Mickey waffles are the best I've eaten so far.

Hint: don't ask for catsup.
