Who's your team and do they have a shot?? Look's like the SEC will be there again after all. It could even end up being Ala/Ga winner vs. Florida...

OU all the way baby, I think they could get an at large bid for a BCS bowl

Projections as of now:

1) Orange- Florida State vs. Louisville
2) Sugar- LSU vs. Oklahoma
3) Fiesta- K-State vs. Clemson
4) Rose- Nebraska vs. Stanford

BCS National Championship- Alabama vs. Notre Dame

- Would the Fiesta really pick Clemson over Oregon?
- Does Wisconsin have a shot against Nebraska?
- Georgia have any shot against Alabama? If not, they drop to all the way down to the Capital One Bowl
- Can USC beat Notre Dame and really throw a wrench into this?!! If that were to happen, the winner of the Florida/Florida State Game would be in the discusion.....

I would love for a PAC 12 team to be in the title game so OU might be put in the rose bowl against Nebraska

For that to happen:
1) Notre Dame loses to SoCal
2) Florida State beats Florida AND then loses to Mia/GT in ACC Championship
3) Oregon beats Oregon State and passes K-State in the BCS rankings

Thus, MAYBE, puting Oregon State in the BCS Title

This assumes Ala and Ga both take care of in-state rivals. The winner of the SEC championship would then be 1/2 of the BCS Title game.

I'm a Florida boy - hoping we can make it to Fiesta (I'd prefer this more as it's within driving distance of me :p ) or Sugar with a big win next week! The offense just needs to show up, heh...

If Notre Dame loses, you could still play in the Big One, in Miami!! The computers love Fla...

Being a diehard Penn State fan I think we are out of it. I cannot see Notre Dame having any chance against Alabama. Would love to see them lose this week, but with Barkley out ND will probably win. When I think of Notre Dame playing USC, with Silas Redd, I think of the movie Black Sunday. Is that wrong?

What do you think about Justin Brown with the sooners?

I cannot root for him. His leaving definitely hurt us, especially in the return game. We do have the leading receiver in the big ten, though we would have been stronger if he stayed. The only player that left PSU that fans still support is Anthony Fera, the kicker. Even though we lost a game because of his leaving. 17-16 to a bad Virginia team. His replacement missed 4 FGs and an XP. He is from Texas and his Mom has cancer, so he left to be near her. Brown leaving was a surprise to us considering he was a senior. Why leave with one year to go? The kids that stayed, and toughed things out, are rock stars to PSU fans. They will be remembered for years by us Lion supporters. Redd, I think, hurt himself by leaving. He would have been the main part of our offense had he stayed. Our offense has gotten so much better with the new coaches. Maybe they did not have faith that the team would improve so much offensively.

I don't know what I want to happen. Notre Dame in the BCS title would be fun to watch.
They haven't been very good in a while, and this would be a grand way to come back. On the other hand, I don't think they have a chance against 'bama and would get crushed, for a not so entertaining title

Who's watching both Alabama and Notre Dame's games? I am, of course. If ND and Alabama both win, it's ND vs. Alabama in the BCS.

Bama still has to play Georgia next week in the SEC Championship. If Bama and Georgia both win tomorrow, the winner of the SEC Championship is 1/2 of the BCS CHampionship.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. I just wish that there wouldn't be a team from the SEC for once.

Even if Alabama and Georgia both lose* a game, Florida would go if they beat Florida State.

* Georgia Tech could beat Georgia, then Georgia beat Alabama, or Auburn could beat Alabama, then Alabama beat Georgia, giving both two losses. Can't see either losing tomorrow.

So the SEC will be there.
