NBA in the Bubble -- No Politics

Yeah, more like performance reducing. What it does is help deal with pain or mental stress during times when you aren't playing, which the mental stress part is perfectly understandable from a mental health standpoint. Many were there for months and had to leave their families for that entire time.

Also, medical marijuana is legal in Florida and as has been stated, the NBA doesn't test for weed. I believe the NFL is the only popular sport to test for marijuana usage still.
Looks like those 95masks need to be worn by the cleaning crew or they could get high from second hand smoke.

Oh please. Disney had to have known about the NBA having an open minded stance on marijuana. The players can smoke as much as they want as long as they don't mind maybe slight negative effects on their play from being high. The NBA doesn't test and hasn't since 2018 or so.

They wouldn't get high unless the players were in the room at the same time as them and also smoking weed...and even then, if the room is big enough or a window is open, they might not get a contact high.

Many were there for months, some complained about the food, one NBA player Jimmy Butler charged around $20-30 per cup of his magic espresso drinks he made for the players when some complained about the coffee in the bubble, female groupies ( yes they still are around ) could not visit the players , players couldn't go around town at all hours at night , some of this may lead to their mental stress.

Strange that doesn't apply to paying guests staying in the hotels .

The whole NBA Bubble episode was a reality show joke. I hope Disney made a tidy profit off the NBA for putting up with the whole disgusting experience.

Well, Disney didn't do this out of the goodness of their icy heart. $lappie only saw $$$$.
Disney saw an opportunity and the NBA bubble was born . Can't see Universal even presenting a plan for the NBA since they cannot rival the facilities ( ESPN Sports Complex ) and nearby Disney resorts to house the players. The bubble was surely tough for these young millionaires to get used to and if a player left the bubble without permission he would have been held accountable.

Might have been disappointed. Orlando night life is no NYC , Miami or LA.
The two players that left left the hotel by a few feet to grab UberEats because the food Disney was supplying them was so subpar (and from the videos I saw, I don't blame them for wanting something better).
