For me the list has changed some since pre-covid. Many Disney restaurants seem to go up and down in quality , some my current top choices can shift and place's I will even patronize can change.

I'm not even sure what number 2 is. I guess California Grill, but the last two meals I had at Flying Fish were much better than anything I've had at California Grill or any other WDW table service restaurant.

The breakfast buffet at Boma might actually be my #2; I think it's better value than the meals I've had at California Grill.

There's a ton of TS restaurants I have not been to, though.

Contemporary's Steak house 71 was pretty good. I had a good meal at Toledo as well
