We don't have any food related "musts". Seems everyone else does.
Attraction-wise and Park-wise we go to MK first and ride Splash Mountain after I have my mandatory beer from the gift shop at WL.

Hmmm...never gave it much thought on must do's but as I look back in time there is somewhat of a pattern:

Dole whip
Suck down a pint or 2 at the Rose and Crown...per visit. Oh and Germany to :D
Eat at Sunshine Seasons numerous times. Hey what can I say.
Shake my head at the ridiculous prices on some of the merchandise for sale.
Taiko drums at Japan. Seems like they have been there forever.
Run myself ragged on a daily basis trying to see everything.
Watch Walt's story at DHS.
Always spend the last night at MK and as I walk out look back at the castle and say "goodbye, hope to see you again". I never take anything for granted.

This can be a lengthy list for me. Basics: do Disney to the MAX and then rest like a champ after (or in between: pool days and drinks go a long way).

MK rope drop is a must. Drinking around the world. Riding the mountains multiple times. TTA is a must multiple times in a day. Hotdog at Casey's Corner. Jellyrolls for some fun. La Fin du Monde in Epcot (now at HS, too!). Tower of Terror and Rockin' Roller Coaster multiple times.

Visit Mike at the Contemp. "Sand Bar" and Bob at the Dawa bar.

See Wishes and the parades multiple times.

Eat until I cannot button my pants...and laugh like there's no tomorrow....

MK - Carousel of Progress, Jungle Cruise, Its a small world
Epcot - Caramel Apple from Werthers store, just walking around WS
DHS - On street players, Muppets 3D, Animation class(my daughter and I do this every trip), Great movie ride
AK - Safari, Lion king show

As for food, I have really only ONE craving, 4 out of the 6 years we went Tony's had Green Apple sorbet...it was the perfect desert to cool down with on a hot day......
