Disney could, if they were being generous, build an omnimover ride that would show short re-creations of their extinct omnimover style attractions, in a kind of "historical" tour.
I would put this in Disney Springs and make it free of charge (a la Chocolate World's factory ride next to Hershey Park) or at least charge a small fee.
The ride itself could have a narrator that shows you some of the key moments and scenes from extinct dark rides such as:
Clearly this would never happen and a lot of people are happy enough to see videos of these on youtube these days (we couldn't do that back in my days, you dang kids with your newfangled gadgets!)

- World of Motion
- The Great Movie Ride
- Universe of Energy (Yes I know some of these had a different ride system, but still slow-moving dark ride setup)
- Maybe even have a section that showed a bit of the old 3D movies
