It's no secret that I love food, and having just come back from Spain where I indulged in 10 nights of superb cuisine,I'am a bit of a foodie critic..So in 2008 when staying at PORS we decided to try Boatwrights one night and found it to be pretty average, so when I started to read better reviews on this restaurant last year,we decided to give it another shot, and what a difference..From what I would have given 5/10 in 2008, my marks have jumped to a 8/10 last year...:hungry:...The food had more flair to it. Even the presentation was clearly much better..So what restaurants in WDW have you noticed a vast improvement over the years..?..

The Brown Derby was the first to come to my mind as well. I think Chefs de France, at least for lunch, seems a little better too, haven't been there for dinner in a few years. Unfortunately since the popularity of free dining more restaurants seem to have taken a hit towards the negative imo.
