You know what's funny?
5 years and millions.Who said it was groundbreaking? I think it was well executed… when it worked.

Ground was literally broken for those lights. And then the lights, themselves, followed.Who said it was groundbreaking? I think it was well executed… when it worked.
You have good points but I simply do not trust the current leadership to do it correctly.See, I think The Land desperately needs an overhaul to the whole pavilion... The Land pavilion looks like a failed Mall that is now being used for corporate training. It needs it's whimsical heart restored... Soarin' is great... but the overall interior really doesn't feel like the Pavilion is about The Land... and I think it should... Having a food court is nice, but it could and should all look more interesting....It should all feel like it is made of "The Land "rather than Monsanto...lol The boat ride should have it's music restored.... It needs one more attraction.... It could be so much more than just a food court and Queue for Soarin'....
I noticed on Sunday that the little store there as you come out of Soarin' over by the bathrooms on the lower level was not set up at all. I actually went looking for it to see something and I did see the desk area but nothing set up as a retail area. MarieYou have good points but I simply do not trust the current leadership to do it correctly.
Look at what they did when they attempted to update Future world!
Leave the land pavilion alone.
When you think about it, the land pavilion is the perfect pavilion-
It has three attractions
It’s has a great food court for counter service with plenty of seating in AC
It has the most unique sit down service with character dining
It has a back stage tour.
The only thing missing ( and it’s a good thing) is a formal gift shop.
In my opinion, todays Disney would destroy the Land pavilion if they attempted to update it.

Awesome Planet is the third. It didnt look busy the other day but there was a CM standing outside of the doorway so I am assuming....MarieThree attractions?
Generic, cold and modern with no whimsy or magic. The basic design ethos from WDI for the last decade.I went through the Spine at Epcot the other day. It's a no from me. I thought it was very boring, confusing, etc. I stopped to watch the attraction Forces of Nature and found it incredibly boring. I did catch the new Encanto show, which is very cute for the kids. That is a nice option. The hit for me was La Calle, the Latin band who comes on that same stage area later in the day. They were incredible!!! The female vocalist has a beautiful voice and the band and the other girl who was leading the audience in dancing, really had everyone up and getting into it. I did take a picture with the Walt statue but on the whole, the area needs a lot more color, some shade would be awesome and just more life in it. Marie
Living with the land.Three attractions?
What? You don't think the people who gave us the amazingly brilliant Communicore Hall can deliver? You have good points but I simply do not trust the current leadership to do it correctly.
It’s replacing the Boardwalk bakery place…….. they realised the Doors Coaster could open sooner.Have we heard whether the Monsters Coaster is replacing Journey of Water or Connections?
I concur. MarieI do think whenever Disney wants to do something with SWGE, muppets is back in trouble.
Thats kinda why i think we may sadly have to think of how to keep muppets at wdw beyond MV3D. They’re gonna wanna expand galaxies edge eventually.I concur. Marie
