Are there still buses that go to Winter Summerland when Blizzard Beach is closed for refurb?

A couple of years ago, when Blizzard Beach was closed, we waited an hour for a bus to get back to our resort. We just have never gone back when BB is closed.

We have went a couple of times and seen families waiting for a bus. They were there when we started playing and were still there after we finished.

Sounds like I'll need to do uber/lyft if we decide to go mini golfing there.
