The DCEU Redo
Hot take: the DCEU deserved better (this is not a hot take). Superman wasn't handled well, Batman was a complete betrayal of the character as he should be, Wonder Woman and Aquaman got out relatively unscathed, but The Flash and Cyborg got absolutely nothing. Yeah, we need to fix this. Onto the redo.
Here's a real Hot Take: superhero stories work better as TV shows than they do in movies because the extended runtime allows you to achieve a deeper level of characterization and, as such, increases the relatability that we feel despite these characters' unbelievable powers and abilities. With that said, let's talk about pitching an HBO Max-centered redo of the DCEU.

Phase 1: Unite
Part 1 - Trinity
Superman: The Man of Steel - 6 episodes. Superman leads the new DCEU! A retelling of the Superman origin that depicts Clark Kent growing up in the care of John and Martha Kent in Smallville, Kansas before he makes the leap to Metropolis, meeting the bold Lois Lane and the conniving Lex Luthor as he establishes himself as the spark of hope for Earth.
Batman - Zero Year - 6 episodes. Before the Man of Steel, there was the Dark Knight. Follows Bruce Wayne as he establishes himself as the protector of Gotham. An adaptation of the Scott Snyder story.
Wonder Woman - 6 episodes. An anthology-style series that follows Princess Diana of Thymesceria through the decades from World War 1 up to the present day as she fights the forces of Ares, the God of War.
DC's Trinity - 3 episodes. Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman meet as they fight the villainous team-up of Lex Luthor, Ra's al-Ghul, and Doctor Poison.

Part 2 - The League
The Flash - 4 episodes. After a freak accident endows him with the power of the Speed Force, engineer Wally West becomes The Fastest Man Alive as he protects Central City from the mysterious threat from the future that is the Reverse-Flash.
Green Lantern - 6 episodes. Pilot Hal Jordan is bequeathed the ring of the Green Lantern of Sector 2814 and must quickly learn and adapt to his new abilities as he is trained by the tyrannical Sinestro.
Cyborg - 4 episodes. Origin Story
Justice League - 6 episodes. Big ol' Team up finale with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Cyborg all teaming up to fight the power copying robot Amazo and its creator, Doctor Anthony Ivo.

I agree with your assessment that the DCEU movies were underwhelming. Although I don’t follow a lot of the new superhero films closely, I think your proposal has potential to help breath some new energy into DC.
