Yes, in order to stay in the park after 6pm you must have MNSSHP tickets.

You'll have to get a special paper bracelet for the party though, but you can get that without exiting the park. There will be CM's available to f=do that. Have a great time!

Yes, You can go into the park starting at 4pm for MNSSHP. You only need that ticket to get in for that party. When we were there last year we only used our party ticket for that day to get an extra park day. At some point around 4 just go to the front to get your band for the party.
