I think its sad that people, especially disney cast members would be so cruel to him. It was proven that he didn't molest that girl and her mother. The girl broke down on the stand and told them that she was forced to lie by her mother. Her mother coached her into saying he molested her and her mother. Its a shame. Let the man be. What is wrong with the world today. You cannot even go out and do your job without someone dropping something false on you.

Anyone with portal access can get to the A-Z (the entire schedule), they just have to add the module to their page as it is not automatically on there. I have checked mine this way before.

It comes as no surprise to me that once again, this man is being convicted in the media. First of all, he was acquitted of the first charge, for which he should sue for defamation of character. Secondly, it sounds like we have some wining here (does anyone else smell a set up here?) by a couple of soft touches, (no pun intended), looking for a reason to sing like canaries.
I'm just amazed at how the media can write an article, and it's taken as gospel. Yet, proof can be given of (ahem), forged documents, or in this case, one aquittal, and they just won't give up. Now, if somehow any of this is true to any degree of REAL battery, then charges should be filed and the cm fired. But I tend to believe what we're really seeing is someone who is being targeted by "someone" to get rid of him due to bad press.

So you make a post saying the local DA had a ton of discovery that couldn't be presented in the trial but is damaging to this guy. However you don't provide anything more than that, and chalk it up to an "ongoing investigation" that you're privy to the facts of, or worse, not, and are just regurgitating a media trial by the DA's office who walked away from the trial defeated by the aquittal.
As has already been said, if it was relevant discovery to that trial, it can't be brought against him. So either back up your points with facts or refrain from slandering the guy. The "ongoing top secret investigation" line isn't working for us.
As far as this guy in general, i couldn't/wouldn't of went back to work there, and certainly not in that capacity. I realize that may be his dream job, but nevertheless, sometimes karma has a way of telling us to move on.
Just think of how hard it will be for him to continue in that job if this current situation amounts to no charges or attempted firings.
It looks like Kodak's true colors shined through.

As for this person going back to work as a character, yes it may be his dream job but also it may be an easy place to victimize people. This also may be that this person has really really bad judgement and just does stupid things.
I mind is not made up on this and I will keep an eye on how it progresses....

Trust me, I know about this! I was in a car accident that wasn't even my fault and I got sued (well, my insurance company did) and ended up paying them $1million. Horrible I know...when it was THEIR FAULT!Atta83 said:
