Boo's Mom said:It was proven that he didn't molest that girl and her mother. The girl broke down on the stand and told them that she was forced to lie by her mother. Her mother coached her into saying he molested her and her mother.
Atta83 said:Well my boyfriend can not acess that on his cast portal account to look at my schedule we can only go on my account and look at it. And do Kodak employees even have acess to the portal.
Mary Poppins said:Actually, if he adds the entertainment schedules module to his portal, he can. It brings up the old A-Z that you can check from your home computer. He can't, however, go into EiSS and check your schedule.
Atta83 said:We tried it and it didnt work.
Mary Poppins said:Anyone with portal access can get to the A-Z (the entire schedule), they just have to add the module to their page as it is not automatically on there. I have checked mine this way before.
mrtoad said:I had not heard that. Where did you read that?
Thanks.![]()
Boo's Mom said:My aunt found it somewhere. I'll have to ask her and find out for you.

I can believe that people would be gunning for a guy in his position but if there is more info out there that can be said and is not all of us can only ASSume what is going on.

All I know is they are still working on it and it is an ONGOING INVESTIGATION. Patience. Let them build their case. Mike C may not be the ideal cast member as he was portrayed by his lawyer. :fork:

lebernadin said:So you make a post saying the local DA had a ton of discovery that couldn't be presented in the trial but is damaging to this guy. However you don't provide anything more than that, and chalk it up to an "ongoing investigation" that you're privy to the facts of, or worse, not, and are just regurgitating a media trial by the DA's office who walked away from the trial defeated by the aquittal.
As has already been said, if it was relevant discovery to that trial, it can't be brought against him. So either back up your points with facts or refrain from slandering the guy. The "ongoing top secret investigation" line isn't working for us.
As far as this guy in general, i couldn't/wouldn't of went back to work there, and certainly not in that capacity. I realize that may be his dream job, but nevertheless, sometimes karma has a way of telling us to move on.
Just think of how hard it will be for him to continue in that job if this current situation amounts to no charges or attempted firings.
It looks like Kodak's true colors shined through.
I wouldn't say the actions of these 2 Kodak employees are perfect examples of all other Kodak employees. Just like I wouldn't say Michael is typical of all other Disney employees.lebernadin said:It looks like Kodak's true colors shined through.
Trust me, I know about this! I was in a car accident that wasn't even my fault and I got sued (well, my insurance company did) and ended up paying them $1million. Horrible I know...when it was THEIR FAULT!Atta83 said:Im scared to walk out of my house without being sued.. I might step out the wrong way... :lookaroun :drevil:
