Just out of curiosity, how does one join KK? And with so many of you living in various places, I get the impression that it's not something where you just walk into the office Monday-Friday and get to work. Would that be correct? Is it something that you just do at home from your computer? Is it a paying job, or volunteer?

I'm not looking for a job, myself. I've just always been kind of curious how it all works.
