I haven't been able to access the website for weeks. I log in and it kicks me right back out again saying it can't show my plans right now and to check back later.
Finally fed up (and rapidly approaching my FP date), I just called Disney tech support. He said the cookies or cache can sometimes cause that kind of a loop and I should try logging in in incognito mode. I did and it worked!
So I'm going to clear my cache, but just fyi for anyone in a pinch: incognito mode is your friend.
