I was hoping someone could ease my concern. On two seperate occasions now, my son's special event ticket has displayed a random name next to it (one that isn't his). If I go to reassign it, I can't because it says it's already assigned to my son and if I refresh it, it displays the way it should. There is clearly some glitch causing this, but only with his ticket. Has anyone seen this before, and does anyone know if this poses a problem?
When I called Disney the first time, they were not helpful and just told me they could see that the correct name was displayed.
