I have to ask if there are enough eyeballs in China familiar with the IPs going in this park to want to go see them?
Without the emotional connection I could see it being an amusement park with rides not experiences.

I wonder where the financing for this endeavor is coming from ? Commercial banking in Communist China is a mess right now, heavily leveraged in real estate.
