Yeah, I actually expected this to be one of the first things released on Disney+ some time in the first few months after launch. I mean, it was first reported in early 2019 - no reason it couldn't have had a first season completed in the year thereafter (before the pandemic had an impact on production).
Feige said the Marvel series will either be 30 minute episodes for 9-10 episodes or 45 minute episodes for 6 episodes.
Considering that there will be 10 episodes of What If..., then they'll likely be 30 minutes.
Tho, Feige may have been referring to live action series.
In short: dunno.
