My wife and I are at Universal right now and saw the Bourne stunt show for the first time. (It was really good). She commented that something like it Mandalorian themed would be perfect for two reasons: the story easily could lend it self to that kind of action and the fact that the Mandalorian was filmed using the Volume which is actually similar to what the Bourne show itself is like.

I like the Bourne show and how it progresses through the action. Disney can always use more action packed shows that draw in a large number of guests which can help alleviate the wait lines for attractions. I would sit through a Mandalorian based show.

I would rather that type of show stay unique to Universal. A large chunk of what makes Bourne good is its technical appeal and if it were to become an industry standard, it would quickly become outdated.

Speaking of outdated.... any word on when Indy will be back at DHS?
What? Indy outdated? NO! That is one stunt show that has achieved classic ICON status and needs to be back. There is a new Indy movie in production and that will give further renewed interest to the show.

The idea of a Mandalorian themed stunt show or activities in and around Batuu would definitely liven things up. Stunt people utilizing rocket packs to periodically appear and maneuver from one side of Black Spire outpost to the other would absolutely liven the place up.

I get that. But translating into the real world is another thing...

Yes, correct. That is why there are Disney imaginEars to work out the details and make it happen. It's not an issue of technology development anymore.
Let me know when they have started (which they haven’t). They ditched the collaboration with Boeing for drones so developing jet packs will be a interesting one.

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
They should re-imagine their Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular show to cut out the flow, upgrade the sets for a faster transition, and replace the transition scenes with another scene from the movie. Take out the "film making" parts, basically.

That'd be good enough, in my opinion... And a good use of the IP... Plus, it would stay a unique Indiana Jones attraction that cant be seen in any of the other parks.

Well, that's a heck of a lot of 2nd unit footage they have been filming for that forty year old film.. I think they have enough....

Laughs in Kubrick!

I know it's corny but I love that show so much! I wouldn't mind seeing a new version but considering there is nothing wrong with the original then it could go downhill.

Even The Force can’t make you fly. You can pick up an x-wing but not yourself. Maybe they can bring Tinkerbell into Batuu - some sort of crossover?
