Mama Melrose or Brown Derby...?

They are two very different places to eat thats for sure. Both get you the Fantasmic Dinner Package which is a nice boon. Id be surprised to see you dislike either. We ate at Mama melrose over Labor Day for the first time..it was the surprise place of the trip. Didnt have alot of expectations but the meal was fantastic..staff were attentive..bread was great...Steak of Mac-n-cheese was out of the park good. Atmosphere was very nice. Thre is a huge price gap between the two..Brown Derby is quite pricey but very good. Mama Melrose was good enough to add it to our must do ADRs for December 2013

I've never eaten at Mama's, but the Derby is one of the top theme park restaurants on property IMHO. Never had dinner there, but the lunches (is it the same menu all day?) are usually great. (I've posted this in the Marrakesh thread as well, but IMHO any place that has a good lunch menu is usually better to have it at lunch than dinner... much easier to burn off a big lunch than a big dinner)...
