Sorry if already posted...Micechat article with Jungle Cruise update.

"Lastly, this week the Jungle Cruise reopened after a lengthy refurbishment. I’ll let the photos do the majority of the talking, but it reminded me a whole lot of the recent Splash Mountain refurb. There were effects working that I either didn’t know existed or forgot about because it had been so long. Everything got a nice fresh coat of paint, and I was pretty happy with it."

From the pictures, JC looks great. Does make me want to be there in person though.

park was packed today which I could not understand why, either way here is a little short update. Forgive the rain drops it was quite wet today.

Things to note, cement mixers were clearly out and about on the other side (Near the little mermaid) Finishing some rock work, that can be seen in the last photo. They are also starting to put a fish like statue or something on top of the other building which I assume will be the gift shop on that side. I heard lots of noises and construction like things happening so it wasn't empty unlike many of my other visits. Also magic was crazy packed, princess fairy tale hall had a 70 minute wait for Rapunzel, and a 65 minute wait for Cinderella. Epcot was nice though, went to the stave church and it was indeed locked, the viking flags were taken away however, but the entrance sign is still there. On a unrelated note I got to go to the wonders of life (or whats left of it) for the first time and I think I found the entrance where one of the attractions used to be, I could not locate the other one.

Edit It seems an entrance marque structure or something is in the first photo? Maybe snow whites wishing well?

From the visible tracks 7DMT looks like a B or C ticket ride at best
Even so I am okay with that, the little c or b or d tickets are what make fantasyland work at disneyland so well. Adding a beautiful c ticket is fine by me especially one that gives you a good view of the rest of new fantasyland. Its just our fantasyland still needs so much more if we are even gonna be in league with disneylands. As ours still does not have that HUGE e ticket even if the seven dwarf mine train is a great ride it is still no Matterhorn.
