Disney: We have no taste.View attachment 34370 They're just too bland compared to the ornate detail of the 1988 buildings
Especially on such prime and first-impressions estate as facing Seven Seas. There again, the bendy bus stop encroachment on the lagoon doesn't do it any favours either:

ummmmm is it me or does the GF DVC building look totally out of scale (place) for the resort? IMO it just looks like a huge white building with a red roof. If somebody is keeping score or even cares.....I hate it.
I had FP+ for 4:10 on opening day. We were on very quickly, bypassing the 40 minute Stand-By line. The JC has some show quality issues that delayed opening (!) until 2pm.
The colouring system for the water is still being.... tweaked. The falls is where it comes from. Can anyone tell me what is up with the water being red?!? Inspirational Falls was positively flowing pink, but the water in the river basin against the grey concrete appeared red.

Did it give you the inspiration to make cherry koolaid when you got home?I had FP+ for 4:10 on opening day. We were on very quickly, bypassing the 40 minute Stand-By line.

BTW, we ended up going back to MK yesterday (October 2) for a few hours before our flight home, and JC was closed again. Compared to the previous Wednesday, the park felt really busy. 25 minute wait at PoC, up to 40 by the time we got off.
Keep tweaking.
I was reminded of the scene in the Ten Commandments when Moses turned the Nile blood red. I kid you not.
I'm not sure I would say it's necessarily out of scale, since it, and all of the existing buildings, are full scale structures, but it is noticeably larger than the rest.
Your post reminded me of when Moses dropped the tablet containing commandments 11-15 and it broke.
Thank You so much for the pictures. It just makes me relax and smile of all the good times I have had there. I cannot wait to go back and I am quite sure my wife will be uppset with you for showing me pictures and making me wine at dinner tonight that we are not at WDW yet (LOL).
