I don’t know but they had to pay the band too and an insane amount of busses. I have never see so much food and alcohol all throughout the magic kingdom lands. Pretty unique atmosphere and a fun night. The bourbon lemonade was my go to (several times)So what's it cost for a private company to rent out Disney's most popular park for an entire evening?
Last 3 years have been at Disney parks. The new epic hotels were on the convention hotel list this year with transportation for the event howeverThey do this every year. No idea on the cost. They also pay for speakers at the event and the event itself (the convention) is massive. They usually do Disney then Universal but I imagine Epic was the plan but they aren't doing corporate events yet.
I heard this from my bedroom (about 2.5 miles away) it was so loud! Was kinda crazy to hear, if I'm honest. Very good concert.
No clue but it has to be a pretty penny with the way MK prints money. I’m not a big fan of after hours stuff overall but this kind of thing really annoys me when day guests are chased out 4+ hours early. Disney should at least convert one day tickets into park hoppers for the night. So what's it cost for a private company to rent out Disney's most popular park for an entire evening?

Registrants paid $1,600. So, get two hundred attending and you have $320,000 to play with.Approximately $180,000 for a four hour event, but costs can increase significantly based on several factors.
Primarily length of event, services, time of year, overall demand, etc.

I assume that's everything included, not just for the park night... Which inevitably begs the question of how much the night is worth, concert and food and fireworks and everything else, versus the conference itself, and depending on if you actually agree with how much Disney prices a ticket versus how much you think it should be to just get in during the day, you would be leaning very heavily on the extras in order to make that portion of your total fee worth it.Registrants paid $1,600. That's a barely a drop in the bucket. $4.4 billion in gross cloud profits alone last quarter. That is a drop in the bucket for SAP. I am sure a lot of thier customers pay more then that in a year in software licensing costs.
Would this include DMB, or would that be on top of the 180k?Approximately $180,000 for a four hour event, but costs can increase significantly based on several factors.

More than that. Some passes to Sapphire cost up to $3k. But there are tiers and stuff like buy 4 get 1 type deals depending on if you're a partner, customer, attendee etc. That's for the entire convention which includes food , snacks and all sorts of stuff. The keynote speaker was Roger Federer which isn't cheap either I'm sure.Registrants paid $1,600. So, get two hundred attending and you have $320,000 to play with.
