After several weeks of being ported in Dover, I just noticed today that the Magic is now in Brest, France with the Dream and Fantasy. No doubt getting some Covid-related updates.

I'd like them to update the door systems so guests can use MagicBands for their stateroom and charging to the account. Waterproof!
My guess is that they're installing plexiglass in Guest Service areas and other Covid-related equipment. Definitely not for sight-seeing

The reports I saw were that they were going to Brest, France for maintenance/improvements (and like @ChuckElias mentioned most certainly for COVID related safety equipment installations)
That being said, it is an official Port of Call for DCL, so I wouldn't say there's NO sightseeing there
