Well, my house is a total wreck...and my SIL is coming tomorrow.I know she doesn't fuss about things like that, but I still feel bad.
I read your blog post, Bun, about the 1950's home ec book, and had to laugh...made me think of 'Mona Lisa Smile' - they address that whole issue.
Still, when I look at women of my late grandmother's generation, I am in awe of how much they handled on a daily basis. I could never measure up to what she did. And there's still a part of me that would like to try. :shrug::hammer:
I would like to try but not for over a week.

So, apparently, I believe WHF has something up his sleeve for tonight. I have no idea what on earth he's doing...but he's apparently going all out for today when I told him he didn't have to. (Still makes me feel a bit special...:lookaroun )

ack!!

I just called ahead to put our name down for a table at the restaurant that we wanted to go to...2 hour wait! So, I put our name down. Now what to do for the next 2 hours.

OMG, dancing is such a workout. I just practiced dancing to the Little Mermaid song "One Step Closer." I'm catching my breath now. I need to remember to keep smiling while dancing. It's so easy to forget!
