Lunch hours question

Was just wondering, if a restaurant closed there lunch at 2:30 and opened for dinner at 5, do they stay open and attentive if you have a reservation for 2:25? Or is the place pretty much a ghost town and they try to rush you out? Just looking for a late lunch at one of the MK area resorts. Thanks

My sister and her family deliberately schedule all of their table service lunches for the very end of lunch service (often ~3pm). She says it gives them a relaxed experience with fewer noisy patrons and greater attentiveness from the server, even for restaurants that don't shut down between lunch and dinner, since it's such a slow time of day. YMMV.

Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the cut off time is for the last seating or ADR time. They won't start rushing you or turning off the lights. Buffets will still be stocked. Take all the time you need (within reason, of course).
