Trip Report Long weekend at my Happy Place!

I just returned from a long weekend visiting my Happy Place! I went to see my daughter and had one of our friends join us.
I flew down this past Friday. I had a 2 hour flight delay but would still get in early enough to enjoy that day. They actually took us off the plane for about and hour and then we re-boarded. The flight was extremely bumpy for the first hour or more which kind of freaked me out. I do not like take off to begin with so that didn't help. They told us we were delayed due to storms around Atlanta and air congestion around the DC area.
My flight finally got in around 20 mins to 2. I met up with MA and we found our driver and were off to the hotel after a quick stop for a case of water and to hit the liquor store.
I had already received the text that our room was ready so we went straight to the room to freshen up and to wait for my daughter to get there. Bell services brought up the bags quickly since I stopped at the desk and requested that they bring them right away on our way up.
My daughter arrived around 4 so once she freshened up we headed over to Epcot. We had a dinner reservation at Teppan Edo.

After our fastpass we decided to head over to the Magic Kingdom so my daughter could meet up with one of her friends that was visiting. We hit Big Thunder Mountain, pirates and the haunted Mansion. We had Hoop de Doo for dinner at the early seating so we headed out of the park around 315. The boat was still loading at the dock so we jumped on it.

After dinner we took the boat back to the Magic Kingdom to ride some rides and to catch Wishes. Tomorrow morning we have the new Bon Voyage character breakfast at the Trattoria al Forno at the Boardwalk Inn.

(Sunday) Bon Voyage breakfast at the Trattoria al Forno was really good! You have Rapunzel and Flynn Rider and Ariel and Prince Eric all making their rounds. the food was very good. It's not your normal breakfast menu which was a nice change. We started off with Mimosas.

Needless to say we were all pretty stuffed but I wanted to check out Jock Lindsey's Hangar bar since I have long wanted to stop there and never had the chance so we stopped in for a drink or 3 lol
@MaryMcMagic and I both had Cool headed Monkeys and my daughter had a Anything Goes and a Fountain of Youth and a ton of laughs! We sat in the diving bell which was very cool. We had the best server too. She reminded us of Dharma (Jenna Elfman) from Dharma and Greg if any of you remember that show.

Monday started with breakfast at the lounge before we headed into Epcot. As we headed into France, a quick stop for a Grand Marnier slushy was in order. We caught the last bit of the American Music Machine before heading inside to catch the Voices of Liberty. After hearing their performance we decided to walk around World Showcase to have a couple of the adult beverages lol We ended up back at the American Gardens theater to catch the last show of American Music Machine. Once they finished we walked around a little more before heading to Via Napoli for dinner.

Via Napoli is always a favorite of ours. I loooooove the Arancini so of course I had to order that and give some to my daughter. We all ordered pizza and @MaryMcMagic and I shared the salad that you can only get when ordering pizza. ($7 per person) My daughter had pizza with black olives, I had sausage and mushroom and MA had prosciutto and arugula! It was soooo good but I couldn't finish the last slice.
