When we were visiting the world in August, my husband was in the Lobby of the Contemporary with my girls 3 and 6 and a cast member came walking by with balloons and my girls got so excited. The CM asked my husband the names of the kids and what room we were in. An hour later there was a knock at the door, it was the CM(Sandra) with balloons and a card from CHef Mickey addressed to the girls. That moment was one of the high points of the trip for my girls. This CM went the extra mile and put a smile on my girls faces that I won't forget. Thanks Sandra!
