I have just surfed the Internet to see how critics have rated Lilo & Stitch. I am happy to say that 75%+ have loved it, giving it 3stars/B or higher. :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy: There are of course those critics who find the plot pointless and not inventive or that CGI animation is the real future of animation and should not go back to "old school" animation. Yet others are hailing the return of watercolor backgrounds. Basically what I'm saying is that the major newspapers, ie New York Times and LA Times, have absolutely loved it. And though one critic wrote that this is the official end of Disney's "2nd golden age" of animation, I feel that the 2nd golden age died when Katzenberg left, and that we may be on the verge of 3rd golden age. Florida may become the home to more Disney animated feature if this does really well.
