You will hear varied responses. Some love it, some hate it.

It is still one of my go-to places. It is NOT fine French dining - it is a Brassarie - an American diner goes upscale and French. That is what it is supposed to be.

My one daughter loves the chicken, my other has trouble deciding between the duck and the tenderloin. Me, I have a weakness for short ribs.

I've never been there but I would like to try it as well, particularly during a time that Remy is making his rounds!

My girlfriend loved it last time we were there in October '10, I thought it was pretty good as well. We're going back on New Year's Eve this year, she's very excited for it, me not as much. The more I look at the menu the less I see that I want to order, but the food quality, from what I remember, was worth it.

Like Dave said, varied opinions but I also enjoy it. I will do it at least every other trip if I don't do it every trip. I'm also at the point where I go 3 times a year, so I think it's a good pic. Enjoy.

We eat there 2-3 times per trip, almost always lunch. The fixed menu is a great deal and very filling. They do not rush you like many of the other sit downs.

Since we are on the topic and I also put this in the food pic of the day thread I figured I'd add it here as well. The 1/2 Chicken from Chefs.

The Alsacienne flatbread with onion, bacon and creme fraiche is amazing! I love the duck and filet dishes. Profiteroles and cream brulee round out the evening. Try a St. Germaine-my new favorite cocktail :)

We have always had great experiences with food. Had a few lackluster services-dined with a group of 6 or more though-that usually turns chaotic somehow. Most of the times our servers have been very attentive and helpful.

Ah, sorry I did not read the name. We also love POP. Great value and over 30 stays without one problem. If you love POP you will love Chefs. We have eaten there over a dozen times and enjoyed the Cast Members, food and it is a French experience without the high prices of other table service restaurants. Enjoy. :)

I'm a fan of Le Chefs. We go there often when I'm in Epcot because it seems to please everyone in my family. It's also a GREAT deal on the dining plan. You get a ton of food. I'm a sucker for the Mac and Cheese. =)

Solid restaurant. Has a good menu that can accomodate most people. If you really want to try something "French", then there are entres for you. If you want to play it on the safe side, there are American options as well. We've gone there many times throughout our many trips to Disney World. Always leave satisfied.

We (my sister, mother and myself) are not very adventurous eaters and we tried Les Chefs last month and it was REALLY good. both my sister and I got the chicken with gravy and rissoulo (spelling?) potatoes. The potatoes were the best part of the meal! So yummy!! And although Remy was scheduled to make an appearance, he did not. So if you're looking to schedule it just to see Remy, I wouldn't chance it. His schedule is not guaranteed.
