You will probably get mostly all places to eat in WDW, because everyone likes different stuff, Here's mine, the counter service at Morocco in EPCOT. If you've never eaten there, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

More importantly, I think the weather will be great! The temps are beginning to cool down, nice!

Not sure what you expect from your dining experience.

Over the years, we've tried many places, but now we eat mostly counter service since we've grown tired of paying $$$ for mediocre food. Our occasional exceptions are San Angel Inn (Mexico) because of the theme/atmosphere, Prime Time because the food is pretty good and is a fun place, and Garden Grill because it revolves, has pretty good food, characters, and is in The Land. Our favorite CS places are Cosmic Ray's (Sonny Eclipse on one end and great view of the castle on the other, good place to relax), Harbor House (good food, usually quiet, nice theme), HS's Backlot Express (refill soda machines), AK's Flame Tree (great BBQ, lovely eating area), Epcot's Sunshine Seasons (many choices, good food), Electric Umbrella (refill soda machines, good view of fountain from outside and nice place to people watch), and Tangerine Cafe (Morocco) (great food!!).

Doesn't matter, we always do sci fi drive in.
And 50's diner. Just looking for new ideas.
Boathouse at DS is really good-

This is going to get giggled at, but we had TREX tonight (Landry’s card gets us in in 15 minutes, so on a Saturday at Diz Springs at 7 PM, that won) but they had a spare ribs and coconut shrimp combo, the ribs were basted in a spicy chili sauce, and they were, for what that place is, outstanding.

Your regulars are still the good spots at HS, Epcot is really just your personal preference as far as world showcase countries, but don’t short change Restaurant Marrakesh. Very good and rarely crowded. Narcoosee’s is great for a nice dinner, Sanaa at AK Lodge is pleasant for taking in the animals and enjoyable yet different- Boma and Ohana both nice buffets for absolutely feeding your face.

Ranking dining at the parks I’d go: Epcot, AK, (then a serious drop off to) HS, eating hobo stew under an Interstate 4 overpass, and then Magic Kingdom.
