Our last meal here before summer I thought was greatly improved from prior visits. We enjoyed it. However the rush was on! It felt obvious servers are trained to get em in and get em out! Didn't understand that when the place was half empty with plenty of tables. Thats something I hope gets changed.

I had the Heritage Chicken a few months ago, and I won't mourn its disappearance. It was a bizarre dish: a breast & wing completely crusted with salt, served with a side of shio peppers in yogurt. The chicken was so salty it was nearly inedible and the side dish was so oddly random. The chicken dish that's replacing it sounds much more thought out and tasty.

That should never happen at those prices. My somewhat recent experiences at Brown Derby and Tiffins were very laid back and relaxed.

That chef has moved to Coronado Springs, where his tastes will better match the theme.

Le cellier has always been salty ;), this is referring to the Mediterranean vibe their menu had for a while.

Also watch for some changes coming to le celliers neighbour that had its menu stripped away…
and sadly its only open at night now, barely, whats left of it, if referring to rosecrown. Between that one hardly in operation and Morocco gone, and the Seas gone (or under refurb rather, is that still happening?) Seems like there was one other we lost, this park has had its share of fails.

There’s a new GM of F&B for the park so watch for some changes and fixes. Coral Reef is getting a huge infrastructure refurbishment, and a light cosmetic update, should be open for festival of the holidays.

sounds like some good news for sure, I actually loved coral reef as it is minus the hard cafeteria like chairs, will be interesting to see what they do.

Not so sure Disney is seeing it as a fail. They are still getting your cash in the form of LL without all the overhead that goes along with a restaurant. In fact, I look for more closures or limited hours of operation in the coming years.
