Last two weeks of May

I've just been looking on Accuweather and it is forecasting rain and thunderstorms for the entirety of our stay (16th to 30th May) with little sunshine . Is this likely, in reality? I've just reads the early June thread, so i guess I know the answer, but was hoping against hope that somebody would be able to promise me some sunshine.

Just FYI...a weather report for any location in Florida farther out that 48 hours is completely and utterly worthless.

I'm an Accu-Weather fan too, but 3-4 days is as accurate as it gets IMO. Take with a grain of salt. Also keep in mind that thunderstorms do not necessarily mean all-day rain. Our experience has been mid-day storms that pass over within an hour or two. So tote a poncho and keep going (taking cover during lightning of course)!
