I've seen it. Never stayed at it. It doesn't look great but doesn't look bad. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay that will likely be clean and safe, this will be a good place to stay.
My wife and I try not to spend much on rooms since we're never in them. Except for March when I'd love to get enough to money to stay a few nights in a nice place for our anniversary.
