I love all things Disney! Sometimes I find myself having to explain to people that Disney is not just for kids! (does this happen to you too??). I actually love to plan sorcerers of magic kingdom and the pirates adventure, but as an adult there are some things I never really think about doing.

The question is are there any rides you think are only for kids? Do you ride (without children) dumbo, the barnstormer or the magic carpet ride?? I have not rode any of those as adults. I do ride the rides like pan and pooh but I don't think I have been on dumbo since I was very small.

Dumbo can be kinda thrilling if you pick the right elephant and time the up/down lever with your momentum. The elephant will bounce pretty good! Plus you get strange looks from the CM's...

As far as I'm concerned, they are all fair game. The only ones I don't ride are Aladdin (never felt a need) and Barnstormer (same). Dumbo is literally the first ride I hit in the morning when I'm in Magic Kingdom. I even dragged my 24 year old, 6' 3" brother on this December (which he eventually forgave me for, lol).

Most of the rides listed, I dont see as exclusive to kiddies. I've done them all. If the seat fits me, I'll ride. I did "borrow" my sisters kids one time to ride Winnie the Pooh, Barnstormer and Dumbo, but after that initial time, I'll ride them all now without kids along. No one checks my ID to see if I'm too old. :p Besides when I'm at Disney I'm ageless. ;)

Under the Sea is one of my absolute favorite rides and we ride it every time we go. I love all of the other rides on the list as well. Sometimes we'll skip over Dumbo and the Magic Carpets because we just don't have enough time, but I still enjoy riding them from time to time :)

The only ride on your list that I'd consider a "Kiddie Ride" is Barnstormer.

Agree with this. Barnstormer is the only ride on the list that seems to be geared specifically for children, as opposed to being "all ages".

Barnstormer is actually uncomfortable for someone who is tall to ride and is so short with minimal thrills that it is IMHO not particularly enjoyable for an adult.

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
We ride ALL of them and love it!!! No one discriminates at Disney!! That was Walt's whole concept is for all ages to enjoy all aspects of the parks. Me and DH ride whatever our hearts desire. I am known to ride Dumbo numerous times in a row!! :)
