While I have yet to be there for the Christmas Parade, I have done the Keys to the Kingdom. We took it on our last trip this summer and it was without a doubt the highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend it to any Disney fan.

The Keys to the Kingdom is a 4-5 hour walking tour of the MK. They take you all over the park, including down into the Utilidor. You also go backstage for a look at the parade staging area. We rode TTA and HM, and had a lot of fun learning some of the behind the scenes aspects of the MK. The tour included a lunch at Columbia Harbour House. The cost was $59, but we got a discount from that with our Disney Club Card. If you go to WDW, you HAVE to take this tour! They have tours at different times thru the day. I would reccommend the earlier ones, that way the park is not as crowded. Also, you must be at least 16 years old to take the tour.
