I think we need a minutes silence for those of us like me who missed out on free dining by a few days and only booked their trip a day before the offer came out and no matter how many ways i look at it it is not worth it changing flights and whole holidays for. :(

Trying to put a positive spin on it, maybe I'll enjoy my food more knowing I'm paying for it?? Let's face it, probably not though. Haha

Anyway considering I used all of your advice to book my ADR's what do you guys think?

- Dinner @ Cali grill at 7.45 hoping to catch wishes
- Breakfast @ Tusker House @ 9.30am on an EMH morning
- Dinner @ Ohana, could only get a 9.20pm time though!
- Breakfast @ Boma
- Dinner @ Whispering Canyon cafe @ 7.10pm
- Lunch @ Beaches & cream on a resort hopping day
- Breakfast at Cinderellas Royal Table on our last day :)

Also debating a DTD dinner on our first night any recommendations?

Thanks guys

KEEP TRYING!!! I thought I has missed out for good. I booked my trip 2 months ago, even had a TA who couldn't get me free dining or a room discount. I was able to book a new reservation today with free dining at Pop. I checked the website every 3-4 hours everyday. Today Suddenly standard rooms at pop opened up with free dining. Don't give up yet!

UGH....Thanks stinks, sorry :( Regarding your reservations, I would highly recommend Keeping Cali Grill. T-Rex or Raglan Road are my favorite restaurants in DTD depending on what type of experience you want. I've only done O'hana Breakfast so cant really comment on their dinner food. And honestly have never been to any of the other restaurants.

We'll be there Oct. 18-28 as well. :)

I had Beaches & Cream on our list for awhile but I decided at the last minute not to book it. I'm still going back and forth on it. We only have 7 ADRs so I'm trying to comfort myself by telling myself it wouldn't be worth it for the regular DDP for us this time anyway. We plan on going to a few lounges and bars and nibbling on apps and drinks for a few relaxing evenings.

My recommendation for DTD will always be Raglan Road. Great atmosphere, yummy food, lots of fun!

If you are looking for something casual and reasonably priced, try Earl of Sandwich. My whole family loves that place. Sorry you missed free dining!

We have all these!! Boma is for dinner though, but Tusker breakfast, ohana dinner and beaches on a hopping day. Love Tusker breakfast and Ohana dinner. Looking forward to beaches. We're paying oop and splitting 2 mains so we can fit in the kitchen sink which isn't on DDP.
Earl of Sandwich good and we loved the Wolfgang Puck QS at DTD.
