It is nice that they added some canopies to replace... you know... the entire indoor building and covered walkway they tore down to build this.... ;-)

(And to be clear, I agree the Pin awnings were a cool idea at first, but they well outstayed their welcome. So, shade is a positive thing in all the parks.)

The only thing I hate more than canopies is a complete lack of shade.
I think my favorite canopy/shade providing element I've seen is the kites at Dollywood this past summer. It didn't entirely cover the ground, but also gave a fun shadow midday.

Ah, oh well. I suppose we'll see it in a few years then! After April we won't be back until 2025 at the earliest.
It'll be 2026 for us, unless an undecided high school class trip changes to Disney before then. Or we ditch my 14yo sometime during the school years 🤔

Whoa. They used "autumn"!

Now we won't be confused whether they mean financial fall, school fall, tourism fall, or astronomical fall. They mean the meteorological fall!

It'll open when the weather dips below 90 degrees!!
