Jobs in the Theme park

Question,

I would like to know how hard it is to get into one of Orlando's Theme parks as a CM. What should I expect as qualifications? Maybe working as a character or something. What do they look for in qualifications? What do they expect in interviews? How long does it take to actually get in? Any info would be great.
