JavaScript Error

Hello all. I could use a few tech-y's help. A picture speaks a thousand words, so...



Running the most recent versions f both JavaScript and Flash.
Any help would be appreciated.

I asked George.
He said to make sure your Java is enabled.
Go to Tools. . .Manage Add-ons. . .And see if Java is listed and enabled.
He also said that it wouldn't hurt to install the MFP they are offering on YouTube. Maybe it is a newer version.

I have installed the MFP, it's the same one I was already running.

I've had that problem for the past month or so... then, stragely, it's started working again within the past week. :veryconfu

Could it be a firewall/virus protection issue?

Have you made any changes to either?
