My itunes is working but I can't put anything in my wish list, buy anything or access my account. It keeps asking for a password even though I type in the correct one.
Check your email to make sure that you're not locked out of your account. Also see if signing in on your iPhone or iPad works. If it doesn't work, there's a problem with your account and you should contact Apple Support. Otherwise, try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. If you're running a PC with Windows 7 or later, go to the Control Panel, click "Uninstall a program" under Programs, and uninstall itunes from the list that should appear. Select it and click "Uninstall" at the top of the list. You will also need to uninstall a program called "Bonjour". Reinstall iTunes. If that does not work, contact Apple support.
