Nah lol. I was a bundle of nerves when I went in there.

Just filled out my form, and watched a VERY outdated movie. I was trying not to laugh when they showed some of those scenes in that movie. Anyway, I'm going to post the pictures RIGHT now...promise lol.

I saw your picture of what is happening to JII. It looks like it was in the exact same position as when i passed by there a week ago. I noticed it because my mom got lost trying to find the entrance of the ride.

First of all: once again thanks for your great updates - they are just the perfect way to stay informed about what is going on in WDW, even so I'm located in Germany (which at least means I visit Disneyland Resort Paris frequently).


But more important: I wish you all the best. Based on the impression you make online (sorry, never met you in the real world), I'd assume that you should be called as soon as any option becomes available, as you surely would be a great CM.

I don't know about the resitrictions WDW puts on minors in this area, but based on your great knowledge about WDW and your positive, outgoing type as presented in your posts here, plus certainly the "clean" look Disney mandates you might want to try to contact press/media relations at WDW. Based on the usual operation of these departments (as e.g. at Disneyland Resort Paris) they frequently need CMs with this kind of special knowledge to guide media members as hosts during events, which means not only during the actual event party but also during their whole stay ... while I don't know how they fill these positions at WDW I'm sure you would be perfect for this. If you happen to speak any other language than English don't forget to push this with WDW!

My husband & I have speculated that the Tomorrowland sign globe will re-appear with a giant Stitch on it right before the opening of Stith's Great Escape. I'm not promoting the idea, just guessing that's what'll happen.

BTW--good luck with the job--we're all rooting for you.

I wouldn't be surprised if they do something like this!!!

Stitch not ON...but "IN" the globe...with some "cracks" painted on the dome.

(I saw the cleaner thing when i went on the monorail today... oh and i visited the new DVC resort.. looks nice.... I wish they didn't have to remove alot of history to put it up.... (Any idea if the old tree house villas you can seefrom the room are next to be removed, or are those on the protected land??)

Feeling a little bit bummed, that is when I took a bus to Wilderness Lodge to go to MK. I was
S-T-A-R-V-I-N-G since I was in the casting building for 2 1/2 hours. I went to The Roaring Fork to get some chicken strips. So I was standing there, waiting in line, and I hear "Patrick?" and I turn around, and what do ya know, there goes Katie (Lil Mermaid from the boards) and her sister. It was really nice meeting you Katie, you cheered me up for the rest of the day...

Aww It was nice meeting you too! Always nice to put a face with a name. I wasnt in the hotel 15 minutes when I saw you, unlike last time where I was there for 8 days and couldnt find you!

Hi Patrick-
Good luck on the job. One of your photos said it was a picture of the very last showing of Food Rocks. Does that mean that it is no longer there ? Or was it just the last show of the night. If it is closed , IASW and Food Rocks closed ? Whew ! I'm on a roll ! ( No pun intended - Food Rocks ) . :lol:
