The Walt Disney Company, or any major corporation, does not take unsolicited ideas.

If you have a specific complaint or compliment, you can write to Guest Communications.

I have never heard of 'isle of disney'.

only because if someone gives them an idea and then Disney uses it that company would have to pay that person for that idea and a portion of future profits so I cannot see this happeneing.

Or even if they build something similar, the person who sent in the idea could potentially sue. Thats why they don't even look at them.

Best way to submit an idea to Disney: Become a Cast Member and submit it through the "I Have An Idea" program (if it still exists).
Not that Disney would *compensate* you or anything (which they most likely wouldn't), but at least you'd have submitted your idea...

Disney has an invention submission that pays $1,000 if they decide to use it, that's all I'm aware of right now.

I don't even think you'd get paid for it if your a CM. I remember that when I started my CP I signed a paper saying if I had any ideas to make things run better or whatever I wouldn't get anything. It may be different for people other than CPs.

Yeah, as a CP I had a idea, which got made later on and I did not get paid for it.

(Worked in Agrabah in Magic Kingdom, had an idea for Camel Water guns, got made, sold pretty well, didn't get any $$$ for the idea)
