Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios?

Which Park Is worth going to if you only have a 1 day ticket to Universal?
Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios?
Im leaving May 17........please help
It will be just me and my boyfriend....no kids.

If you like rollercoasters and thrill rides then i would say IOA

If you like to more laid back rides and a more relaxing park then US


I would go to IOA personally i like it better, there are tons of great rides there.....Hulk, Spiderman, Dueling Dragons and tons more.......its a better park in my mind

I agree, IoA seems more colorful and interesting. Plus Spider-man is the best ride experience in a long time.

Universal is a tad more informative and laid back, and not so Exciting and full of energy.

IoA will not be as great, however, if you are not enjoy Amusement Park style attractions and entertainment, although IoA is a huge step above any standard Amusement Park.

Islands of Adventure all the way in my book

I just like IoA because I love thrill rides though...Hulk is great, Spider-man is unbelievable and is a MUST RIDE...all of Toon Lagoon is a blast (Popeye being the best raft ride in my opinion)... Just try it out (plus...you can eat at Mythos!)

I've been to both IOA & US... I vote for IOA all the way! But it would depend on your preference like EPCOT said... IOA is more for the roller coaster lover (ME) and US is more for laid back rides... (my husband can go on too...)

I would go to IoA. It has a variety of rides. Water rides, roller coasters, 3D rides and so on. My pick would be IoA.
