I'm still going with wide angle lens.

(a) first shot, distortion -- note the palm trees to the left are also converging to the center
(b) second shot, distortion -- note the shadows on the concrete converging to the center

Also, note the guy wires on the tree, so even if it was leaning, it's not going to fall.

In other words... no it's not leaning and even if it was there is possibly nothing easier to fix then that. All you have to do is lean in the same direction.

Doesn't even look like a fisheye. More likely just a wide angle lens.
