Edit: Sorry, re-read your post. I realize you were referring to Bonnie / Boo (the OP), not the other girl at the daycare that has been described in this thread...

It's more like the million easter eggs that they put in their movies than really a "cross-over". I would consider the "Boo" appearance basically equivalent to the shadow of Dug in Ratatouille

Or any of the many other cross-references that they do.

Boo's real name is Mary so she can't be Bonnie but I'm fairly certain the little girl in the picture above is her in a cameo.

Mary is the name of the voice actor, not Boo's real name!

I've heard someone claim that the old witch from Brave is also Boo. That breaks my brain just thinking about it.
