When I close the app it won't run in the background on my phone. Instead it exits completely, which means starting from scratch when I re-open. Normally not a big deal, except if I'm going elsewhere to find info to provide in response to a question. Then I have to dig to re-find the question instead if being able to re-open in the post where I left off.

Any chance we can leave it running in the background?

That will be in the next version of the iPhone app. Until then, the best experience on the iPhone is to actually use the website, which is optimized for iPhone. Go to http://www.wdwmagic.com and it will automatically switch to http://m.wdwmagic.com which is the mobile edition.

Yep. I've already discovered I prefer the mobile version over the app. I have both as icons on my iPhone, though. Looking forward to the next version of the app.

When's the next version supposed to be out? Will it be iPhone5 opt? Will it be updated regularly(current top stories are storybook soft opening)? I CANT WAIT!!!!!!! .. Sorry :)

Anyone else having trouble with the app today? I get a message that I'm not connected to the Internet (not true) and to try again later. It lets me sign on only by going to the full website. I even deleted and then reloaded the app.

There was an issue on my side, that should now be working for you - apologies for the difficulties. Another option is to use http://m.wdwmagic.com.

Still hanging around with your complaint from last August I see. I really don't understand why you can't let sleeping dogs lie. Here you are spending on all day on this site, completely addicted, and yet every time I check this thread you're bringing up your old retentive complaint about the app. Unbelievable!

Twenty minutes later and your message still here. I really don't know how Steve puts up with this.
