Hi folks! Frankly pulling my hair out a bit and hoping someone may be able to help. 
I am trying to find a rough date for when the shades in Innoventions Plaza (the hub/breezeway area) appeared at Epcot. I believe they were put in around the time of the Millenium Celebration but can't for the life of me hunt down any details. Anyone happen to be able to help? Unfortunately they were installed during what I call "the dark years" which was a brief few years of my life that I didn't make a visit and it appears, before the internet really became the bestest place in the world to share the last news and construction updates.
