I'm so tired of frivilous lawsuits! Tigger is innocent!

I was a CM in Fantasyland/Toontown attractions in the spring. When I was being trained in Toontown attractions, my trainer warned me and my friend about this guy. She said he was know to grab the female CMs when he was giving them a hug to say hi. She also said to definitely stay away from him. I never saw him grab anyone on stage, but I surely knew he did it off stage. When I heard about an entertainment CM getting arrested, I knew that it was him. He is just a creepy guy who got his jollies in creepy ways.

If someone who conducted training for CMs and it sounds like numerous other CMs knew the history of this guy, then I would assume his direct supervisor knew this was a problem and should have taken action before something like this happened. He may be innocent, I don't know, but it is going to look really bad on Disney if this guy is convicted and it comes out that Disney supervisors knew this guy was a problem and didn't deal with it.

Based on what exactly have you concluded that it quacks like a duck?
The sheer frequency with which people go to court in the hope of making a quick fortune and my personal experience of the limitations of working within a character costume (non-Disney). I'm not going to hang anyone based on my preconception, but I am honest enough to admit I have one and intelligent enough to be able to make a judgement based on individual facts even if they contradict said preconceptions. Our speculation on this board will have no bearing on the result of the case, which is as it should be. Whether the media frenzy will have less effect on the case is a different matter.
